Realmz Game

First off: hey, fellow Realmz lover!Now then. I'm not sure what the current state of Divinity is, or even if it'll work on modern OSes.

Featuring complex character generation, hundreds of spells, and hordes of monsters, Realmz is the greatest RPG ever made for Mac. Fantasoft have released the game as freeware, more scenarios are still being sold for $5 at the Fantasoft Realmz & Divinity homepage.

Realmz itself works on modern Windows versions (not too sure about newer OS X versions now that they've removed Classic), but it's sorta in limbo itself.I would suggest emailing Skip Meier, aka SpoonLard, as he's taken over payments/purchasing for Realmz on behalf of Fantasoft and will know for certain what's up with Divinity. After the character dies or the player reaches the end, kids can opt for 'fast play,' which eliminates the lag time. The game ends when the main character dies, but players can try again, choosing different options and testing different outcomes. The protagonist's life is in peril throughout the story, and he kills another character in some scenarios, though all violence comes in the form of written descriptions. During the first play-through, interactions come as notifications with long pauses between communications.
