Scaloni IMO is not good enough but we might be carried by the players considering we have many that come from a great year (Aguero, Messi, Lo Celso, Tagliafico, etc). I’m completely missing why it seems to be controversial to suggest Qatar could beat Paraguay. They probably won’t because it’s in South America, but anywhere else they’d be favorites. They’ve put four past Ecuador and have won against South Korea, Japan, and Switzerland in the past year. Apparently, you have to be Xavi to recognize they’re not a bad team lol. Buns Of Anarchy Est 2020 Death Rider shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirtClassic Ladies Hoodie Sweatshirt UnisexRed Star won against Liverpool, then Liverpool won the Buns Of Anarchy Est 2020 Death Rider shirt. With that logic Red Star is favorite against Barcelona and Bayern Munich for example.
My logic is that Qatar is being underestimated even though they performed well against established Asian teams. You just watch them beat Paraguay The bookies seem to have Paraguay as quite heavy favorites too though – who knows, maybe Qatar will get thrashed but I can’t see what that assumption is based on. Lords of magic. It’s likely to be a close match but Paraguay will need to have their act together to get a result. Actually, if I watch any of the games I’ll probably support Paraguay as they’re underdogs and I love Almiron. And Paraguay will have the advantage of being familiar with local conditions. But if Qatar can reproduce anything like the form they showed in the Asia Cup then obviously they can win. Holy shit Cardozo is still playing?!
I remember he wasn’t selected in the squad that reached the final in 2011 and I don’t think he got called up for right? I wonder what changed to bring him back Yea, Cardozo was a prominent member of the team that made the quarterfinals in the World Cup just a year before and didn’t make the 2011 squad. Do any Paraguayans know why that is? He was playing well for Benfica too. He faced a huge backlash from fans after he sadly missed that penalty against Spain on the WC, I think it was a combination of that and losing Martino’s confidence afterward. In fact, he wasn’t called up to the NT between 2013 and 2017(well after Martino left). Seiken densetsu 2. Don’t agree at all.
